Welcome to Tidpunkt! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our time tracking service. By creating an account or using Tidpunkt, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. Eligibility
  • You must be at least 13 years old (or meet the minimum age required by your country’s laws) to use Tidpunkt.
  • By using the service, you confirm that all the information you provide, including your email, is accurate and truthful.
  1. User Accounts
  • An account is required to access and use Tidpunkt.
  • Users must provide a valid email address. Names can be freely chosen, as no verification is conducted.
  • If misuse is detected, your account may be reviewed and subject to action, including suspension or downgrade to the Free plan.
  1. Subscriptions and Payments
  • Tidpunkt offers a Free plan, 14-day trial periods for paid plans, and a lifetime one-time payment option for the “Freelancer” plan.
  • Payment methods: Stripe and, in special cases, bank transfers.
  • Subscriptions can be monthly or yearly.
  • Refunds: You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at refund@tidpunkt.com.
  • Canceling a subscription will take effect starting with the next billing cycle. If canceled, your access will be downgraded to the Free plan.
  • Applicable taxes will be shown during checkout.
  1. Usage Guidelines
  • Illegal activities are prohibited within Tidpunkt.
  • If spam is detected, your email functionality will be disabled until the issue is resolved. If you do not cooperate, your account will be blocked at the next billing cycle.
  • Users can log in from multiple devices or sessions, but only one task per user can be tracked at a time.
  1. Ownership of Data and Intellectual Property
  • You own all content and data you create within the app, including tasks, descriptions, and notes.
  • You can request an export of your data or delete your data at any time. If your account is suspended, we will provide an export of your data.
  • Tidpunkt owns all proprietary and intellectual property rights related to the platform, including copyrights, trademarks, and system-generated data (e.g., logs, metadata).
  • By providing feedback or suggestions to Tidpunkt, you grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and incorporate your feedback without compensation.
  1. Third-Party Services
  • Tidpunkt integrates Stripe for payments and Sentry for monitoring. By using these services, you agree to their terms and conditions.
  1. Liability and Disclaimer
  • Disclaimer: Tidpunkt is provided “as is” without any warranties, including uptime or service availability guarantees.
  • Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
  • We are not liable for:
  • Your or your users’ inability to use the service.
  • Our decision to discontinue the service for business or regulatory reasons.
  • Any unanticipated downtime due to power outages, system failures, or similar events.
  • Any modification or loss of data caused by you or your users.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the greater of 50 EUR or the total amount you paid to us in the month before your claim.
  1. Indemnification
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tidpunkt (SIA Net Service) from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
  1. Termination and Suspension
  • Non-payment will result in a downgrade to the Free plan.
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these terms or unpaid invoices.
  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Latvian Republic, excluding conflict of law principles and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
  • If any dispute arises, the parties will attempt to resolve it amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration by the Arbitration Court of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, with proceedings conducted in English.
  1. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the platform or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
